Every journey is a conversation with the world,
and every step is a new word
My name is Małgorzata Kamińska. India is my passion and my second home — I lived there for several years and still return regularly. Those years allowed me to get to know the country's culture, traditions and everyday life from the inside — not as a tourist, but as part of the local community.
For many years I have worked with Abyss Tours — a boutique travel agency from New Delhi that has specialised for over 20 years in creating journeys tailored to the needs and expectations of each client. Ready-made itineraries are on offer too, yet the true strength of Abyss Tours is the ability to craft exactly the journey you dream of. Our partnership began very personally — Abyss Tours organised journeys for me, my family and my friends. Over time it turned out we shared not only trust but the same vision: an individual approach, attention to detail and journeys that truly stay with you. So the moment came to join forces and bring this offer to a wider circle of travellers.
Abyss Tours is the tour operator; I take care of everything on the client's side — logistics, coordination, tour leading and overseeing the programme at every stage. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — both before your departure and throughout the journey.
We organise journeys to every region of India, as well as to Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Dubai. For groups of at least 10 people I can accompany travellers personally as tour leader — providing full organisational and language support for the entire journey. Smaller groups have my ongoing remote support and the round-the-clock assistance of the Abyss Tours team in India.
We don't compete on price — we compete on quality. We don't create mass-market tours, because I know a good journey is not about the number of places ticked off, but the depth of what you experience. I believe in small groups, an unhurried pace, carefully chosen hotels and guides, and genuine contact with the places and people we visit.
Every journey is different, because every client is different — and that is my starting point, not a slogan.
On this site you'll find itineraries I have designed myself, with a particular thought for those who have long dreamt of India but still hesitate. I understand that perfectly. India can be overwhelming — its scale, its intensity, its otherness. That is exactly why I am here: to walk you through this journey step by step, take care of every detail and make sure that instead of stress you feel what I felt — wonder ❤️
Years of experience, local connections and a passion for Indian culture — every transfer, hotel and meal arranged down to the last detail.
Although I work from Warsaw day to day, I am regularly in India, where I have my own desk at the Abyss Tours office in New Delhi. I know the whole team personally — when I am there, we work together every day, and when I return to Poland we stay in constant touch to fine-tune every detail of your journey. That is how I can guarantee that every element of your trip is looked after by people I trust and can rely on.
Abyss Tours holds a certificate issued by India’s Ministry of Tourism — see the document.
From departure to return I am with you — language help, logistics and constant phone contact.
These are not brochure pictures — they are frames from our journeys. On the ground in India, every itinerary is overseen by Abyss Tours — a New Delhi travel agency with over 20 years of experience, certified by India’s Ministry of Tourism — while travellers are looked after by Lotus Tours & Travel.
We believe true luxury lies in peace of mind, comfort and authenticity. These are the three pillars on which we build every journey.
Every journey is accompanied by an English-speaking tour leader who knows India's culture, customs and safe paths — so you feel confident at every moment of the trip.
We don't compete on price — what matters is safety and comfort. We design small, intimate, tailor-made journeys with attention to every detail.
The classics, spiritual Varanasi, mountain Kashmir, the Himalayas of Nepal and sunny Goa — hand-picked hotels, private transport and a polished plan along the entire route.
The six questions we hear most often, answered plainly.
The tour operator is Abyss Tours — a licensed travel company from New Delhi with over 20 years of experience, certified by India's Ministry of Tourism. Lotus Tours & Travel coordinates the trip, markets it and provides tour leadership and traveller support. It is not a tour operator under Polish law and does not accept payments from Clients.
No. A tour leader accompanies the group throughout, dealing with local guides, hotels and restaurants, and available by phone around the clock. The tour leader travels in person with groups of at least 10 people; smaller groups have continuous remote support and round-the-clock help from the Abyss Tours team on the ground.
From 700 EUR for a 16-day yoga stay in Rishikesh, through 900 EUR for the 12-day Pearls of North India, to 2,250 EUR for the 20-day Nepal and India journey. Yes, with ordinary common sense. The most common problems are not crime but dehydration, sun and stomach upsets — all easy to prevent. In an organised group, with vetted hotels, private transport and a tour leader, the risk is low. We write about it honestly in is India safe to travel.
